The architecture.

Each module is fifteen minutes. Modular by design — a single regulatory change re-renders one scene without re-shooting the series. The presenter is an AI presenter built once and re-deployed across modules. The environments are generated to match the actual plant facility, with the client's product photography composited into hero close-ups for fidelity.

What stays human: the script, the voice direction, the editorial cut, the sound design, the colour grade, the closed captions in three languages. The AI does the parts that are repeatable. The studio does the parts that need taste.

The economics.

A conventional 15-module live-action training series, in our cost band, runs ₹18–22 lakhs. The VoltX Power equivalent ships at ₹6–8 lakhs. The delta is roughly the cost of a senior trainer, a multi-day shoot schedule, set design, and per-module pickups for revisions.

The timeline collapses from twelve weeks to three. That is the metric that gets L&D teams over the line. Twelve weeks is the calendar of the previous regulation cycle. Three weeks is the calendar of this one.

What the trainees actually see.

A consistent presenter across all modules, in an environment that matches their plant. Voice clarity equal to a studio-recorded human VO. Captions on every line of dialogue. Each module ends with a knowledge check that routes to a remediation scene if the trainee misses the threshold. The films are uploaded into the client's LMS in the format the LMS demands.

The two most common feedback notes from trainees are: "I can pause it and re-watch the difficult part," and, "It feels like the trainer knows my plant." The first is a structural advantage over live training. The second is the AI working well.

Where it breaks.

VoltX Power is not the right answer for soft skills, leadership behaviour, or any module where the trainer's lived authority is the lesson. For a senior plant engineer demonstrating a specific judgment call, you still want a real person in the frame. Mixing the two — most of the rollout as AI presenter, two or three "wisdom" modules as live recording with a senior figure — is how the most sophisticated L&D teams are scoping these projects in 2026.

The next twelve months.

We expect the AI-presenter base layer to become a commodity. The differentiator will be the wrapper: script discipline, voice direction, sound design, knowledge-check architecture, LMS integration. Studios that ship that layer well will earn the work.
